In 2014, Spagno won first prize in the 9th Biennial Rocco Dicillothe and her work 'Sùrrealisma' was included in the Collection of Farnesina, External Affairs Ministry.

In 2011 she was selected for the project “Following Marco Polo’s path” in the year of China and her work ‘Among’ was exhibited in the 54th Biennial of Venice.

In 2009 she won the contest “Art in progress, works of art on scaffolding”, restoration of the Swabian Castle of Bari.

In 2005 Spagno won the “Lissone Prize”, permanent work, Museum of Contemporary

Art of Lissone, Milano. She was also selected for the Maretti Prize from the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Marino Republic.

In 2003 she took part on the 14th edition of quadrennial of Rome.

Spagno produces delicate graphite drawings of human figures and landscapes. The use of distorting lenses paced on the canvasses gives light and shadows to these images and they become an integral and modular part of the work. The point of view becomes multiple and there is a continuous play of references as the spectator moves nearer or further away from the work.
