Taken from the award winning series Beauté Aviaire, where feathers meets fashion, which was exhibited throughout the month of August, on Edinburgh’s prestigious George street, as part of the Fashionscape Festival 2014.

Heavily taking its influence from the Plume boom era of the 1930’s, none of the models that took part in this series ever came into contact with the feathers in real life, all the feathers featured remained firmly fixed to the living birds they were originally photographed on.
